Comment on the Definition of Mobile People
The definition of mobile people may be slightly changed from "whose
livelihoods depend on extensive common property use of natural resources over an area, " to "whose livelihoods depend on some form of common property use of natural resources," to allow for
more flexibility.
The aim of the comment is only to draw attention on this aspect as it emerged from comments gathered during a WAMIP consultancy, and is being posted just as an aknoweldgement for consideration for any further development from/of Dana declaration.
